There were some great take-aways from the one-hour panel that reminded me just how important balance is. An overarching message of the afternoon was that health and success looks different for everyone. Because of that, it's important to listen to your body in order to do what's right for you.
Ariana said something in particular which applies to more than just the fitness world: "Slow progress is lasting progress". She sees this every day as a personal trainer just like I see it in my work as a goal coach. Real change takes time, which takes commitment.
Both women put in the time and effort to see their individual ventures succeed. Both had to overcome roadblocks. Both made themselves and their goals a priority. I applaud them both.
