about last night

There are about a million knots in my back. My feet refuse to move any further. My arms are like limp spaghetti noodles. I could sleep for days. My grin is about a mile wide. My heart is full of gratitude. My joy is almost overwhelming.

I wouldn't trade this feeling in for anything in the world.

As you may know, yesterday was the one year anniversary of In a Sequoia. 365 days of bliss-seeking, goal digging, intentional living fun. To celebrate, I kind of threw a massive party. The planning, set up and organization are why I'm physically sore and mentally tired. The support and love I was given is why I wouldn't give any of it up.

There are so many words I'd love to say about last night. But I'd rather share these instead.

Now, I am going to detox and rest my sore muscles in a good, luxurious Jasmine Bath Soak. Because Karuna is now a three product line!!
