Hi. I'm Megan.

Within the short period of two-weeks, I uprooted my comfortable Vancouver life and moved to Toronto. Now you find me working in Public Relations for a non-profit supporting young entrepreneurs as I set my sights on building my own creative empire.

In A Sequoia is for those who own being the boss of their life. A source of inspiration for creating intention. Unapologetic vulnerability. Live #thesequoialife.

i've got a bad case of BHAGs.

I've got a major case of BHAGs. And it's a bad one.

BHAG stands for Big Hairy Audacious Goals. BHAGs are your massive, super-duper, seemingly impossible goals, and they are some of my favourites.

Not all of your goals should be true BHAGs. Goals should be a little scary, yes. But a true BHAG is another level of scary. Which means they're another level of exciting.

BHAGs push you a lot more. BHAGs are big events in your life, so they require more work. BHAGs are major growth opportunities. Which makes them pretty great when they come around.

BHAGs are also times where you can surprise yourself. Where you learn just how much you can achieve when you're in it heart, body and soul.

I'm fully invested in one major BHAG right now. in a sequoia's one year anniversary is less than three weeks away. There's a big party happening (tickets open up Friday, FIY). So what's the BHAG?

100 people walk through the doors and celebrate with me.

That's a lot of people. But I'm determined to see it come to life.

I've shared my BHAG with you now I want to know. Are you working on any Big Hairy Audacious Goals right now?
