I talk about living with intention a lot. All the time. Almost an obsessive amount. It's not a new concept or an exotic idea I've introduced, but it is the fundamental principle that shows up in my day-to-day that keeps me sane. Well, sane-ish. Or sane-adjacent.
We all already have the capacity to be present, and it doesn’t require us to change who we are. Living with intention isn’t about “fixing” you or an escape from reality. It’s about being mindful of our actions and how we spend our time.
I've wanted to create something to help you easily live with intention for a long time now. I've struggled and debated about the best way I can support you outside of blog writing and living by example. Then on a walk home from work, when my best ideas seem to hit me these days, I found it.
Introducing the sequoia life dayplanner! A downloadable PDF document designed to help keep your mindful life on-track. Within it, I've introduced some simple concepts I use to keep myself grounded all the time without thinking about it.
So how do you get your copy of the sequoia life dayplanner? Subscribe to The Sequoia Life newsletter and have a copy emailed directly to you in order to help set yourself up for days lived with intention. I never spam you with emails (because who has the time to write a weekly newsletter anymore!?) and only send meaningful content when I truly believe in it.
I'm really excited to hear what you think of this new freebie to help you become more intentional in your life. Let me know what you think of it in the comments below!
